Production Helper

• Support operator to manage production's line activities comply with HSEQ, Syngenta's Standards and Local Regulations
• To do filling & packing, ensure line performance fulfill management expectation and do right first time
• Understand & implement Syngenta HSE & Quality Policy & Standard

Accountabilities:

• Support operator and ensure all line activities based on HSEQ, Syngenta's Standards and Local Regulations
• To do the filling & packing by following the production planning, minimize waste and damage packing, record and report all activities.
• To implement the Syngenta safety operation and house keeping standards with nil spillage and nil leakage target, to create safe and healthy environment
• Support operator during formulation, filling and packing operation and ensure that the product output meet the Standards.
• Implementation of HSE, Quality, & CAN DO behavior to all activities
