To support this mission, Syngenta’s Marketing team is seeking a Territory Brand & Customer Manager in Ciudad de Guatemala, Guatemala.

Accountabilities 

  • Creating a compelling offer, maximizing brand value and customer experience by managing budget, team, optimizing portfolio for the customer segment in the territory.​
  • Lead, coach and manage territory marketing team to achieve marketing objectives.
  • Managing budgets and optimizing the portfolio for the customer segment in the territory.
  • Ensures execution of Veg Seeds crop strategy and tactics to meet the business and financial objectives of the Territory.
  • Oversees the implementation of relevant marketing and brand product management processes and platforms.
  • Drives the development of a compelling offer (including pricing) and experience for customers through data driven decision making platform.  
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and customer experience.  
  • Guides Territory Commercial Heads and Managers in the design of effective go to market strategies.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve marketing strategies and tactics.                                                                                                
  • Prioritizing resources and initiatives across crops and geography meeting territory targets.
  • Ensures an effective, harmonized execution of marketing processes, tools, and decision platforms within the Territory aligned with Global platforms and processes.
