Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Customer Service Officer to serve as the primary contact for our Northwest Africa customers. This role bridges customer needs with our supply and sales operations to deliver exceptional service levels.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

**Customer Management**

• Act as main point of contact for Northwest Africa customers

• Coordinate between Supply Chain and Sales teams to meet service level targets

• Manage commercial and sample orders with complete documentation

• Provide weekly order status updates (high season) and monthly reports (normal season)

• Participate on meeting & events with the sales team.

**Supply Chain Coordination**

• Oversee order delivery planning and execution

• Manage MDM (Master Data Management) for materials and customers

• Support local supply chain team in daily operations

• Collaborate with CU Customer Services to ensure seed availability per sales plans

**Financial Coordination**

• Share monthly Customer Statement of Accounts with TSR / Customer  for timely payments.

• Coordinate with Finance on customer follow-up (ARM, taxes)

• Ensure proper documentation filing and stakeholder distribution

**Performance & Compliance**

• Prepare monthly KPIs: Lost sales, Order status, Complaint tracking, Leadtime management.

• Manage complaint process according to Syngenta standards

• Maintain clear processes for all stakeholders (commercial and samples)

• Inform stakeholders proactively to enable timely decision-making
