Role Overview
- Steering growth drives for key assets with well-planned strategies and execution.
- Identifying portfolio opportunities and help deliver business objectives and profitable market share growth.
- Closely work with key stakeholders and Provide support to set to implement portfolio direction for CP business in line with Portfolio/Indication strategy.
- Identify avenues and opportunities for PLC management with grower centric approach.
- Develops CP planning and forecasting for mid and long term in line with crop, asset and Key Account aspirations under the direction of the CP Portfolio Head.
- Act as a single contact point for functions on CP strategy and portfolio-related matters for alignment
- Ensure pricing positioning is value maximizing and establish pricing corridors for the responsible brands
Accountabilities
Strategy and Business accountabilities
- Formulate and execute Brand specific strategy to deliver business objectives.
- Develop & execute Brand roadmap and campaigns with right marketing mix and broad portfolio objectives.
- CP Data analysis for the development portfolio strategies in coordination with Portofolio head.
- Develop and monitor market intelligence, bringing in customer insight into Portfolio Leadership Team.
- Pre-launch and Launch planning and execution with coordinated efforts of various stakeholders.
- Develop and manage key account & cross functional coordination, providing marketing,technical support
Capability and Organization Accountabilities
- Establish connectivity with asset teams to ensure effective/efficient communication.
- Ensure firewalls are maintained between key accounts.
- Work closely with CP team for portfolio and specific projects.
