Key responsibilities of role
- Leads marketing strategy development across crops and CUs for the geographical target to maximize customer experience and ROI
- Leads, coaches and manages the dedicated marketing teams across two regions and related budget to maximize brand value and customer experience, optimizing the product portfolio for the targeted customer segment.
- Ensures an effective, harmonized execution of marketing processes, tools, and decision platforms across all CUs.
- Ensure branding remains aligned to global guidance across region and , customer segments
- Signs off 5 year planning .
- Develops strategy driving customer value proposition across crops and regions.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives, guiding Marketing Heads in the design of effective go to market strategies
- Own and manage Marketing Budget (includes A&P spend) ensuring deployment in line with agreed strategies and with the purpose to maximize return on investment
- Co-develop strategy for in & out licensing activities by identifying gaps and business opportunities and providing inputs to Regional Alliance Lead.
- Streamline and prioritize market segments developing marketing digital strategies and governing their implementation to create a compelling offer
