Accountabilities:
- Managing Trade programs calculation, payout, and compliance for C1 and C2
- Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for program calculation, payout processing, documentation, and invoicing on behalf of the Sales Operations team.
- Develop, optimize, and enforce standardized processes across the Sales Operations function to improve efficiency and compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Finance, Trade Marketing) to align on policies, ensure smooth execution, and resolve disputes related to Trade programs.
- Monitor data quality, identify discrepancies, and implement corrective actions to maintain reporting accuracy and system integrity.
- Provide regular dashboards, summaries, and post-program evaluations to management with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Coach and develop junior team members to strengthen capability, accountability, and ownership within the Sales Operations team.
