Job Overview
- Develop and maintain technical proficiency in SQL, MS Excel, Smartsheet, data visualisation tools, and data cleaning methodologies to support analytical requirements.
- Analyse and understand the business context, data flow throughout the production process, and interactions with external partners including R&D departments.
- Provide analytical support on ad hoc issues and challenges, delivering timely insights to support decision-making.
- Prepare, compile, and present comprehensive update reports to management, ensuring clarity and actionable recommendations.
- Demonstrate a continuous improvement mindset and actively participate in and support organisational initiatives and process optimisation projects.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to gather requirements, understand business needs, and translate them into analytical solutions.
- Ensure data quality and integrity through validation, verification, and documentation of data sources and analytical processes.
- Provide training and support to end-users on data tools, dashboards, and analytical outputs to promote effective utilisation.
- Always ensure compliance with phytosanitary and hygiene protocols within the site.
- Perform all tasks in compliance with and in support of all HSE policies and practices.
- Undertake any additional tasks and projects as allocated by your line manager.
