Job Overview
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent in manufacturing, sales, and corporate roles.
- Oversee the full hiring process, from job postings to onboarding.
- Collaborate with department heads to ensure optimal workforce planning and succession management.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and management on HR-related matters.
- Implement and manage performance appraisal systems to enhance employee productivity.
- Handle employee grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions professionally.
- Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Develop and oversee salary structures, benefits programs, and incentive plans.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws, GOSI, and HR policies.
- Manage employee records, payroll coordination, and contract administration.
- Design and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and leadership development.
- Develop and update HR policies to improve efficiency and ensure regulatory compliance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus).
- 5+ years of experience in HR management, preferably in manufacturing, construction, or industrial environments
- Strong knowledge of Saudi labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance regulations.
