The role involves full lifecycle management—planning, execution, and delivery—within agreed scope, timelines, and budget. Strong governance, stakeholder engagement, and vendor coordination are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the AMI project end-to-end: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure, including drafting RFPs and tender documents on behalf of our clients
- Act as the primary liaison with ensure clear communication and reporting to the client for:
- vendors
- subcontractors
- internal teams
- Define scope, milestones, resource plans, risk strategies, and success metrics with cross-functional teams.
- Manage engineering, implementation, QA, and support teams.
- Coordinate with OEMs, integrators, and partners for timely delivery of hardware and software.
- Ensure compliance with our clients and Polish regulatory standards, maintaining documentation and audit trails.
- Oversee testing, deployment, and performance of AMI components (smart meters, HES, MDMS, communication infrastructure).
- Lead procurement and selection processes for devices and services.
- Identify risks early and implement corrective actions.
- Provide regular dashboards and progress reports to senior management and clients.
