We’re looking for a Talent Experience Specialist to join our growing team to help deliver a strong, consistent experience across the candidate and early employee journey.
This role sits between recruitment, HR and the candidate experience. You’re the connector — the person who keeps everything moving, keeps people informed, and makes sure the process feels thoughtful, organised and human from start to finish.
It’s not a recruiter role.
It’s not an HR generalist role.
It’s about delivering a standout experience.
This role is a 12 month max term contract.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll be the friendly, reliable point of contact who makes the journey smooth and stress-free, including:
- Coordinating interviews and being the main point of contact for candidates
- Managing reference checks and pre-placement communications
- Checking in with new starters on Day 1 and during their first week
- Working closely with recruitment and HR teams to ensure smooth handovers
- Managing surveys, feedback, and offboarding support
- Representing Solve by Talent professionally at all times
