The Talent Acquisition Delivery Manager is responsible for overseeing the performance, productivity and quality of our PH Talent Acquisition Sourcing team.
This role sits at the intersection of people leadership, operational excellence and commercial delivery. You will ensure our teams are operating efficiently, meeting SLAs, delivering high-quality candidate outputs and continuously improving processes.
You will partner closely with recruitment leaders and stakeholders to drive accountability, optimise workflows and scale delivery capability across the Solve by Talent function.
What You’ll Be Owning
Leading and managing Talent Acquisition Sourcing teams (performance, engagement and development)
Driving operational excellence across recruitment workflows and delivery processes
Setting and tracking KPIs, SLAs and productivity metrics
Ensuring quality and consistency of candidate validation and delivery standards
Resource planning and workload management across accounts and stakeholders
Implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and output
Partnering with recruitment leaders to align delivery priorities and commercial goals
Monitoring reporting dashboards and providing performance insights
Managing risk, escalation handling and stakeholder communication
Embedding best practice use of ATS, CRM and AI sourcing tools
Coaching and developing team leads and high-potential talent
