Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily administrative operations, ensuring the team meets or exceeds performance goals and objectives.
  • Supervise and mentor administrative staff, providing guidance, support, and training to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Coordinate office management activities, including resource allocation, budgeting, and inventory management.
  • Develop and implement efficient administrative processes and procedures that maximize productivity and streamline operations.
  • Collaborate with management and other departments to support strategic initiatives and projects.
  • Manage scheduling, reporting, and documentation for the administrative team.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture that encourages teamwork, accountability, and professional development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in an administrative management role.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach to challenges.
