This is a full-time, remote role working 9–5 PM EST within an entrepreneurial, collaborative, and performance-driven culture—built on autonomy, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Research, identify, and qualify leads that fit clear criteria
- Conduct personalized outreach (LinkedIn, email, other channels)
- Schedule discovery calls and free audits for the sales team
- Track and manage the pipeline daily using CRM systems
- Collaborate with leadership to test and refine outreach scripts
- Provide weekly reporting on progress, challenges, and results
- Consistently hit or exceed activity and meeting-booking targets
Requirements
Requirements
- 1–2+ years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or client outreach
- Strong written & verbal communication (English level B2 or higher)
- Prior experience using CRMs and managing funnels
- Ability to balance high volume outreach with quality personalization
- Resilient and motivated by targets, comfortable with rejection
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Must be available 9–5 PM EST (remote)
