Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs, inquiries, and concerns.
• Onboard and train new clients to ensure a smooth transition and adoption of our solutions.
• Monitor client health, engagement, and performance metrics to proactively identify opportunities for support or upselling.
• Create tailored account plans and strategies to achieve specific customer objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product and Sales, to enhance customer experience and drive value.
• Collect feedback from customers to continuously improve our product offerings and services.
• Conduct regular business reviews to discuss performance, goals, and value delivered.

Requirements

• Experience: 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or related fields.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with SaaS, fintech, or digital solutions preferred.
• Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive decisions.
• Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and other customer management software.
• Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
