Full Stack Developers (Senior & Mid-Level)

We’re hiring (1) Senior Full Stack Developer and (2) Mid-Level Full Stack Developers to accelerate growth across our global e-commerce systems.

You’ll help shape a fast-scaling tech stack that powers dozens of online stores and enables real-time decision-making.

The Senior Developer will also act as Team Lead — driving execution speed, mentoring engineers, and ensuring technical excellence in a lean setup.

Requirements

What You’ll Do

• Design, develop and optimize scalable full-stack applications for our global brands
• Build APIs, automation tools and data pipelines that improve operational efficiency
• Integrate with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify
• Implement AI-driven solutions to boost performance and automation
• Ensure security, scalability and code quality through modern CI/CD practices
• Collaborate with our COO, CTO and cross-functional teams to align on technical goals

Additional Responsibilities for Senior Developer

• Lead and mentor the development team
• Define architecture and technical best practices
• Oversee sprint planning, code reviews and release management
• Champion a culture of excellence and continuous improvement

What We’re Looking For

Senior Full Stack Developer

• Experience in a startup or scale-up (Series A/B ≥ USD 5M)
• Proven leadership and mentorship experience
• Strong hands-on skills with React, Node.js and modern frameworks
• Track record of shipping features quickly in high-pressure environments
• Familiarity with AI tools (GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT API, etc.) to optimize development
• Passion for building clean, reliable, and high-performance systems

Mid-Level Full Stack Developer

• Startup or high-growth experience preferred
• Strong execution speed — build features in days, not weeks
• Proficiency with React, Node.js, and RESTful APIs
• Comfortable working in fast-changing priorities and lean teams
• Regular use of AI tools to boost productivity
• Ownership mindset and a focus on impact
