Maintenance Coordinator Specification:
- START: October / November 2025
- LOCATION: Groningen, Netherlands
- WORKING PATTERN: 40 hours per week, full time onsite
- DURATION: 12-month initial contract (Freelance / Interim / Self-Employed / Zelfstandig)
What are your general duties?
The Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for the preparation, execution and/or supervision of technical work, such as planned and corrective maintenance, modifications, overhauls and the repair of technical malfunctions in our installations.
You will be Maintenance Coordinator for the AC/DC area, focusing on high and low voltage installations. You will report to the EMRA Team Leader and to the AC/DC Project Leader for the overhaul. During overhauls and maintenance stops, you will keep track of the planned and completed work.
What are your main tasks?
- Within the AC/DC area, you will be responsible for the work preparation for the overhaul and will support the AC/DC Project Manager.
- You will implement the safety policy through behavioral observations, setting up TRA's and completing LMRA's.
- You have knowledge/experience as a work supervisor in high voltage. You will not be deployed as a work supervisor, but you will prepare the jobs for a team of work supervisors.
- You are involved with switching in complex electrical installations.
When are you the perfect candidate for this position?
• You have a technical MBO working and thinking level (specialist training MTS E level 4/HTS E or equivalent).
• You have 5-8 years of relevant work experience.
• You have a valid IV\WV Low Voltage diploma or have completed this in the past. A High Voltage diploma and Stipel certification are preferred.
• You can work in multidisciplinary teams consisting of engineering, mechanical engineering and EMRA.
• Experience with SAP is an advantage.
