Job Overview
- Direct and oversee the daily operations of a dedicated SAP team, focusing on SAP SD and FICO modules.
- Foster collaboration among SAP analysts and developers to optimize performance and efficiency.
- Set clear priorities and objectives for team members based on business needs and project demands.
- Manage resource allocation and ensure continuity of service during peak periods and team shortages.
- Ensure that incidents are addressed promptly within defined SLAs and escalate issues when necessary.
- Analyze team workload and capacity to ensure effective distribution of tasks.
- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for service delivery.
- Prepare regular reports on team performance for management review.
- Lead service review meetings with stakeholders to discuss outcomes and areas for improvement.
- Identify opportunities for process and service enhancements and implement solutions.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and excellence in user support.
- Have a thorough understanding of order-to-cash processes with a focus on European business practices.
Requirements

- Functional experience with SAP SD and FICO modules.

- Minimum 3 years of experience in a team leader role within a similar environment.
- Educational background in Economics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
- Proficient in English at an advanced level.
