This role will serve as the subject matter expert for global talent capabilities and processes with a primary focus on talent acquisition. Expectations of this role are to drive innovations that enhance user experience, support HR process and technology efforts and deliver value to our global employee base through our talent solutions. This role is also expected to demonstrate high proficiency in task management, system knowledge/configuration, process/data analysis and communication skills.

  • Recruiting analyst resources for HR business process and technology projects
  • Day-to-day technical support for our recruiting solutions
  • Workday product expertise in the areas of Core HCM, recruiting and talent
  • Provide Workday subject matter functional expertise for day-to-day support and development, including business process configuration, complex calculated fields, integrations, EIB(s), testing and other troubleshooting support
  •  Lead the configuration, maintenance, and enhancement of the Workday Recruiting module, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and compliance requirements.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition, HR, and IT teams to gather business requirements and translate them into effective Workday solutions.
  • Design, configure, and test recruiting workflows, job requisition templates, offer letter templates, advanced reporting, and related system integrations.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to streamline and improve recruiting processes using Workday capabilities.
  •  Provide ongoing support, troubleshoot issues, and resolve system-related queries for end users.
  • Execute configuration changes, system patches, and upgrades; conduct rigorous testing and validation.
  • Develop and maintain system documentation, configuration guides, and end-user training materials.
  • Stay current on Workday updates, best practices, and industry trends to ensure optimal use of platform features.
  • Lead process and functional discussions while collaborating with Centres of Excellence (COEs), HR Business Partners, HR Operations, technical teams and third-party vendors.

Requirements

Required Skills/Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5+ years of strong experience with Workday Recruiting and Talent Acquisition configuration
  • Experience working in a global company
  • Extensive understanding of the Workday Recruiting lifecycle, including requisition management, candidate management, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
  • Proven expertise in business process design, supervisory organization management and security configuration
  • Ability to gather and translate business requirements into specifications
  • Ability to work with contractors and third-party vendors to ensure a quality result on projects and enhancements
  • Experience supporting stabilization and ongoing production support of technical solutions
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks/activities and prioritize appropriately
  • Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills with technical and business partners at all levels

  • Good to have - experience with Staffing (iCIMS ATS) platform configuration and career site products.
