We are in search of an experienced and highly skilled Consultant NeuroSurgeon to join our dedicated medical team. Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient evaluations to diagnose neurological disorders effectively.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to patient needs.
- Perform complex neurosurgical procedures with precision and care.
- Provide comprehensive pre-operative and post-operative care to ensure optimal recovery.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including neurologists and rehabilitation specialists, to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
- Educate patients and their families regarding diagnosis, treatment options, and care pathways.
- Engage in research and continued education to stay at the forefront of neurosurgical advancements.
- Document patient interactions and maintain accurate medical records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
Requirements
- Medical Doctor (MD) or equivalent from an accredited institution.
- Completion of a residency in Neurosurgery.
- Board certification in Neurosurgery is mandatory.
- At least 5 years of experience in neurosurgical practice.
- Demonstrated proficiency in a wide range of neurosurgical procedures.
- Strong diagnostic and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and education.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
