We are seeking a knowledgeable and dedicated Specialist in Orthopaedics to join our medical team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing high-quality orthopedic care, focusing on the diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation of musculoskeletal conditions. This position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population while contributing to the advancement of orthopaedic practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients with orthopedic disorders.
• Develop and implement effective treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
• Perform surgical procedures as necessary and oversee postoperative care.
• Collaborate with physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment options and post-operative care.
• Stay current with the latest advancements in orthopaedic surgery and treatment techniques.
• Participate in community outreach programs to promote musculoskeletal health.
• Maintain detailed, organized medical records and documentation of patient care.

Requirements

• Medical degree from an accredited institution.
• Completion of an accredited residency program in Orthopaedic Surgery.
• Board certification in Orthopaedic Surgery is preferred.
• A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in orthopaedics.
• Extensive knowledge of orthopaedic diagnosis, treatment, and surgical techniques.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with patients effectively.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Commitment to continuous professional development and education.
• Strong team player with the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment.
