Job Title: Senior Supervisor Engineering/Maintenance

Job location: Malanpur, MP

Job Details

• Hand on experience of maintenance and operation of HT switch yard 33 Kv, VCB and HT panels.
• Hand on experience maintenance and operation of Transformer, DG sets, ACBs, servo stabilizer etc.
• Good knowledge in PCC and MCC panel control philosophy, fault findings, maintenance and operation.
• Good knowledge of UPS /VFDs/Motors/lighting arrester and utility electrical equipment maintenance and operation.
• Troubleshoot issues. Provide technical expertise and hands-on support to resolve complex electrical problems.
• Good knowledge of preventive Maintenance of electrical equipment, schedule maintenance and its check list.
• Good knowledge of Electrical engineering deliverables including Specifications, URS, BOQ, control philosophy, etc.
• Manage budgets. Develop, track, and manage departmental and project-specific budgets and timely completion.
• Troubleshoot issues. Provide technical expertise and hands-on support to resolve complex electrical problems.
• Provide guidance and mentorship. Offer technical direction and professional development opportunities to junior staff.
• Promote safety. Lead electrical safety programs and enforce procedures to ensure a healthy and safe work environment for all personnel.
• Good knowledge of LOTO procedure of electrical equipment’s.
• Good knowledge of hazardous area permits system- Cold/hot/height/confined space/electrical HT switchyard etc.
• Ensure and good knowledge of hazardous area classification and electrical equipment uses /selection/erection/commissioning.
• Conduct analysis from third parties and Perform electrical calculations, third party studies (e.g., arc-flash, electrical load, relay testing, harmonic analysis, lighting system, electrical PPE etc.), and testing to ensure system performance as view of electrical safety.
• Ensure electrical safety CAPA observation and implementation at site with in time line.
• Stay current on technology. Keep up-to-date with emerging electrical technologies and industry trends.
• Liaise with authorities. Interact with legal and government authorities, such as the electrical board and inspectors and yearly electrical approval of Transformer, DG sets etc.
• Ensure regulatory compliance. Make sure all electrical work adheres to national and local electrical codes, standards, and safety regulations
• Good knowledge of QMS -GMP documentation/CCM/Deviation/CAPA procedure and implementation and Manage documentation. Handle reports, specifications, and other technical documentation for projects.
• Good knowledge of electrical equipment procurement/vendor coordination /timely deliver the material.
