If you excel in partnering across Legal, R&D, Marketing, Regulatory Affairs, Portfolio, and Commercial teams to provide patent support for product development and commercialization worldwide, this leadership opportunity is designed for you. 🌍💡

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Provide end-to-end support to Portfolio, R&D, Marketing, Regulatory Affairs and Commercial Associates from initiation of the Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (API) project through launch.
• Conduct FTO analysis and patentability assessments
• Patent drafting and prosecution.
• Determine launch strategy, assess risk associated with launch and manufacturing of the API and address these risks. 
• Collaborate with outside counsel to determine/develop positions to relevant patents and manage oppositions and litigations worldwide, including European Patent Office Oppositions and similar actions in National patent offices
• Manage outside counsel opinion to ensure high quality work product on time and within budget.

• Up to 10% travel, including international, as needed.
