Job Overview

Responsible Protects the organization's employees, properties and all items of value on premises from any preventable harm or danger. Develops security policies and procedures that comply with government guidelines and standards. Conducts investigations to protect organization assets. Responds to contingency events including bomb threats, sabotage and severe weather conditions through onsite security force or with the assistance of government law enforcement agencies. The manager will also play a pivotal role in a global security community, working collaboratively with security professionals and different stakeholders across the business. Accountable for the budget, performance and results of a medium-sized team or multiple small teams

 

  • Responsible for developing and implementing the strategy to protect the Company assets (people, information, products, and facilities) against threats, risks, and loss which would adversely affect Tapi. This position must handle the country security programs, policies and practices in accordance with regional and global security directives, guidelines and suggest or recommend changes when applicable on specific sites requirements.
  •  Exercises full management authority, including performance reviews, pay decisions, recruitment, discipline, termination and other personnel actions.
  •  Addresses issues with impact beyond own team based on knowledge of related disciplines.
  • Oversee site security operations, including access control, surveillance, security personnel management, and emergency response planning
  • Plan, execute, and evaluate security audits, drills, and readiness exercises based on an annual work plan and clearly defined KPIs, ensuring continuous security improvement and regulatory Compliance.
  • Support information security initiatives, ensuring adherence to data protection policies and mitigating risks related to TAPI intellectual property & infrastructure.
  • Manage and optimize security systems, alarms, surveillance cameras, and other relevant technology to enhance protection.
  •  Managing background checks process for company employees, vendors, and contractors to ensure compliance with security protocols.
  • Ensure the Implementation of the standards for protection required by each site, including procedures, training, equipment, visitor and access controls, compliance and enhanced security communications. Work closely with Head of Global Security to provide approved security solutions that are consistent with Corporate Security Standards and Guidelines.
  • Promote security awareness and trainings for company employees. Implement and promote the Information Security Policy and Guidelines in close coordination with the Head of Global Security or SGM.
  • Perform ongoing security risk assessments, mocks and red team drills within the designated operational area of control, in coordination with the Head of Global Security and/or SGM to recognize and mitigate identified deficiencies.
  • Comply, enforce and maintain security related SOP's, systems and guidelines, in accordance with applicable law and corporate security policies and guidance
  •  Ensure adherence to local security regulations, industry standards, and corporate policies
