Job Overview

Job Purpose   

The SDR Specialist is responsible for driving the growth of qualified sales pipeline in the Qatar and Dubai markets through strategic outbound prospecting and targeted lead generation. This role focuses on identifying high-potential opportunities, initiating meaningful engagement with prospects, and contributing to market expansion efforts. As an expert, the SDR Specialist plays a key role in accelerating regional sales performance and aligning lead generation efforts with the company’s growth objectives. 

Duties & Responsibilities   

Market Expansion & Pipeline Growth 

  • Proactively engage with potential clients in Qatar and Dubai through cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn outreach, and networking. 
  • Identify, qualify, and nurture high-potential leads aligned with our ideal customer profile and regional strategy. 
  • Consistently build and manage a robust pipeline of qualified leads to support revenue growth in both markets. 
  • Schedule discovery calls and meetings with key decision-makers, contributing directly to pipeline and sales success. 

 

Strategic Outreach Execution 

  • Tailor outreach campaigns to reflect the unique business culture, market trends, and needs of Qatar and Dubai. 
  • Leverage market research, news, and competitor insights to continuously refine targeting and messaging. 
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and lead progression in CRM systems. 

 

Sales Alignment & Cross-Functional Collaboration 

  • Partner with Business Development Representatives and Account Executives to ensure seamless handoff of qualified opportunities. 
  • Share prospect feedback and market insights with marketing, product, and sales teams to optimize campaigns and messaging. 
  • Participate in strategy sessions to support regional campaign planning and execution. 

 

Performance & Ownership 

  • Meet and exceed outreach and lead generation targets, acting as a regional expert in SDR performance. 
  • Track and report on personal KPIs, lead conversion rates, and market penetration progress. 
  • Identify and communicate blockers or market shifts to leadership to support strategic adjustments. 

 

Education, Experience & Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field. 
  • At least 4 years of experience in sales development, sales operations, or a related field. 
  • Experience working in or with tech-driven or SaaS environments. 
  • Proven track record of success in outbound sales development and pipeline generation. 
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies, tools, and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach). 
  • Ability to analyze data and derive insights to improve outreach and conversion strategies. 
  • Self-starter with a growth mindset and a strong sense of ownership. 
  • Comfortable using digital tools and platforms to drive efficiency and collaboration. 
  • Passion for understanding customer pain points and aligning solutions accordingly. 
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. 
  • High level of adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.  
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.  
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Arabic.
