About the Role:
As the Activities Team Lead, you'll be the heart of our campground's entertainment program. You'll supervise and mentor a team of enthusiastic individuals, ensuring the smooth execution of a variety of activities, from themed events to outdoor adventures. You'll promote a safe and engaging environment where guests of all ages can create lasting memories.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead the Fun: Supervise and mentor our Activities Team Members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Get Creative: Coordinate and execute engaging activities, including food service, themed events, and outdoor adventures.
- Be a Welcoming Face: Greet guests with enthusiasm, address their needs with attentiveness, and ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all.
- Think on Your Feet: Proactively identify and resolve issues, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation.
- Safety First: Follow safety procedures to maintain a secure environment for guests and team members.
- Keep it Fresh: Contribute innovative ideas for new activities and enhance existing ones.
What We’re Looking For:

- Leadership Skills: Proven experience in leading and motivating a team.
- Communication Superstar: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-Solving Prowess: Ability to think on your feet and resolve issues effectively.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Bonus Points:
- Experience working with children of all ages
- Knowledge of Point of Sale (POS) systems
- First Aid/CPR certification
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, lift and carry 25 pounds occasionally and 10 pounds regularly.
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance.
- Must be able to hear and speak clearly, and communicate comprehensively.
- Must be able to use a computer keyboard and mouse, and be able to look at a computer screen, occasionally for prolonged periods of time.
- Must be able to bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb, and stand 80% of the time.
