About the Role:
As a Maintenance Team Member, you’ll play a key role in keeping our campground running smoothly while supporting a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for guests.
This role has a strong focus on maintaining and repairing our go-kart fleet, ensuring all equipment is operating safely and reliably. You’ll also assist with general maintenance tasks across the property to keep facilities, grounds, and equipment in excellent condition.
What You’ll Do:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on go-karts, including small engine diagnostics, troubleshooting, and part replacement
- Ensure all go-karts are operating safely and meet daily readiness standards for guest use
- Maintain tools, equipment, and maintenance areas in clean and organized condition
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines related to equipment operation and repair
- Assist with general campground maintenance, including basic repairs, facilities upkeep, and equipment maintenance as requested
- Support routine groundskeeping and property upkeep to maintain a clean and welcoming environment
- Provide friendly, professional service when interacting with guests
What We’re Looking For:
- Confidence in small engine service and repair (required)
- Strong attention to safety, detail, and equipment reliability
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently
- A friendly, helpful attitude and team-first approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Availability to work all weekends and holidays during peak season
- Availability to work peak season Friday and Saturday evenings until 9:00 PM
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and carry 25 lbs. occasionally
- Comfortable bending, kneeling, stooping, and working in various weather conditions
- Ability to safely operate maintenance tools and equipment, including loud and vibrating machinery
