L'Oréalistar is het exclusieve creator community platform van de L'Oréal Groupe voor de Benelux. Via het platform werken nano- en micro-influencers direct samen met iconische merken als L'Oréal Paris, Garnier, Maybelline, Lancôme en Kérastase, verspreid over vier divisies (CPD, LLD, LDP en PPD). Creators ontvangen producten, voltooien missies en creëren authentieke UGC-content die direct bijdraagt aan campagnes. Community Manager L’Oréalistar L'Oréal Benelux

As our Community Manager, you’ll work at the heart of everything we do: from member approvals and campaign validations to smart, timely communication with our users. Your eye for detail and hands-on approach make you the go-to person for all things community. You are also the glue that helps create and nurture a strong community, acting as L’Oréal’s “eyes & ears” of the platform and making sure you stay close to what lives among users.

What you’ll do:

Your key focus? Creating a positive, welcoming, and responsive community for users and clients alike. Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:

  • Approve or disapprove new members in our community.

  • Review and approve campaign submissions and screenshots for specific missions.

  • Validate user profiles for individual campaigns.

  • Manage direct messages (DMs) within a platform via the support account.

  • Respond to and interact with posts and users, keeping engagement high.

  • Handle technical questions from users and create back-office tickets when issues come up.

  • Keep our inbox organized through smart and effective email management.

  • Act as the glue of the community, helping create a sense of connection and belonging among users.

  • Be L’Oréal’s “eyes & ears” on the platform, spotting what’s happening in the community and sharing relevant feedback and signals.

  • Help think about how to animate the community with engaging ideas and formats such as beauty news, Beauty Star of the Month, masterclasses, upskilling initiatives, and other community activations.

  • Scout new talent for UGC and boosting within our regular campaigns — you have a sharp eye for creators who fit a brief and proactively flag opportunities to the account team.

  • Work across all four L'Oréal Benelux divisions (CPD, LLD, LDP and PPD), staying close to what each brand needs and helping connect the right creators to the right campaigns.

  • You’ll work closely with colleagues, escalate tech issues, and help create a place where creativity and trust go hand-in-hand.

What are we looking for

  • You have 2 – 4 years’ experience managing online communities, social platforms, or working in support roles.

  • You’re totally comfortable diving into DMs, handling email, and using digital tools (bonus if you’ve used Lorealistar before!).

  • You pick up new platforms and back-office tools fast, thanks to your previous work experience.

  • You’re friendly, approachable, and patient, even when users are having a tough day.

  • You have a knack for spotting the details, but you always keep the bigger picture in mind.

  • You’re a strong communicator in Dutch and English, both written and spoken. French is a nice bonus on top.

  • You know how to keep calm and prioritize when requests pile up.

  • You love working with a team, but you can absolutely handle your own workflow independently.
