We're looking for a Sales Executive to join us on our mission

As a Sales Executive at Teamleader, you will help us grow our customer base among larger SMEs (6 to 50 employees) in Belgium and the Netherlands.

In this role, you manage the full sales cycle from the first conversation to closing the deal. You’ll work with both warm inbound leads and outbound opportunities created through our external outbound partner, who schedules meetings based on targeted lists we provide. You also spot new opportunities where you see a good fit.

  • Follow up on inbound leads. You identify their needs, qualify the opportunity and guide them through the buying process.

  • Take ownership of meetings booked by our outbound partner and follow up with tailored communication and next steps.

  • Proactively identify opportunities where Teamleader could be a strong fit.

  • Manage deals from A to Z, keeping momentum in every stage of the sales process, tailoring the conversation to your prospect’s needs and challenges.

  • Collaborate closely with colleagues across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Product to build strong, lasting customer relationships.
