Technomar Shipping Inc. is seeking a dedicated Fleet Assistant to join our Operations Department. As a Fleet Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the efficient operation of our fleet.

Key responsibilities

• Updating system records for vessel scheduling, ship particulars, agency details, statistical reporting, and essential notifications.

• Coordinating monthly documentation and financial tasks, including budgets, prepayments, and invoice processing.

• Arranging key operational services such as agency communication, master communication, CTM support, and certificate renewals.

• Assisting in voyage planning and reporting by updating schedules and processing operational forms.

• Facilitating smooth interdepartmental communication and liaising with chartering, legal, crew, and insurance teams.
