We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Digital Experience & Ecommerce Platform to own the full online experience across:
- Techo-Bloc.com
- Our dealer online ordering portal
- The end-to-end shopping + ordering journey for every audience we serve
This is a leadership role for someone who is strategic, independent, and full of ideas — but also knows how to execute, lead a team, and make things happen in the real world.
What You’ll Own
You are accountable for our digital experience performance across both website + ecommerce/ordering.
- Techo-Bloc.com UX + performance + conversion
- Dealer portal ordering experience (flow, usability, functionality, adoption)
- Digital merchandising (how products are organized, discovered, and presented)
- Feature roadmap + launches across platforms
- Vendors + tools that make growth possible
- A team that executes with quality and momentum
What You’ll Do
- Own the roadmap for our website and dealer ordering portal — and continuously improve both
- Lead how customers and dealers browse, select, and take action online (shopping, ordering, tools, self-serve journeys)
- Bring ideas that improve product discovery, simplify decisions, and increase conversion and adoption
- Lead and develop a team of specialists:
- Front-End Developer
- Digital Designer
- eMerchandising Coordinator
- Ecommerce Project Manager (Systems & Integrations)
- Coordinate vendors, platforms, and tools — selecting the right solutions and holding partners accountable
- Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, and Operations to ensure platforms support real business needs
- Make decisions, solve problems, and drive progress
