Your expertise will help ensure the optimal balance between capacity, inventory, performance, and customer satisfaction, while supporting the company’s growth. You will act as an internal reference in planning, a mentor for planners, and a key partner to operations and supply chain teams.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic and Tactical Planning

• Develop and maintain integrated production plans across the short, medium, and long term
• Translate sales forecasts into realistic, agile plans aligned with actual capacity
• Support strategic decision-making related to growth and operational investments

Analysis, Anticipation, and Decision-Making

• Analyze demand, trends, and historical data to anticipate risks and opportunities
• Identify gaps, recommend scenarios, and propose practical solutions
• Prevent shortages, excess inventory, and inefficiencies before they impact the organization

Collaboration and Influential Leadership

• Act as a planning expert and key reference point for internal teams
• Collaborate closely with production, supply chain, and sales
• Proactively resolve capacity, sequencing, and bottleneck challenges

Continuous Improvement and Performance

• Define, monitor, and analyze KPIs related to production, inventory, and capacity
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives for planning processes and tools
• Contribute to the evolution of MRP/ERP practices and process standardization
