What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll manage your territory like a business—powered by structure, supported by data, and fueled by relationships.
- Grow market share by influencing contractors and supporting dealer partners
- Execute a structured weekly territory plan using Techo‑Bloc’s Sales Science approach
- Maintain strong activity and follow‑through
- Educate contractors on products, installation best practices, and system solutions
- Drive contractor demand to dealer partners and support dealer success
- Conduct merchandising audits and keep displays brand‑standard
- Train dealer staff on products, tools, and selling techniques
- Identify new business opportunities through research and competitive insights
- Participate in trade shows, events, lunch & learns, and training sessions
