Systems Administrator
Full-time Mid-Senior LevelJob Overview
WHY WE NEED YOU
Our infrastructure doesn't stand still. Servers, networks, storage, and the systems that monitor them all need someone who treats "keeping the lights on" as a floor, not a ceiling — someone who maintains what's there, spots what's about to break, and pushes the environment forward with the rest of the IT team.
You'll work close to the ground — configuring, testing, monitoring, patching, troubleshooting — while staying connected to the bigger picture: the infrastructure roadmap the IT team is building together. That means you need to be as comfortable in a server room or on a network diagram as you are documenting a fix so the next person doesn't have to solve it twice.
WHY YOU WILL (OR WON'T) LIKE WORKING HERE
You'll love this job if you want real ownership over infrastructure that touches every site in a large, growing manufacturing company — and if you'd rather fix the root cause than the symptom.
You won't love it if you need everything already figured out. We're a manufacturing company that moves fast and evolves constantly — some of our processes are mature, some are still being defined, and you'll have a hand in shaping both. If a little ambiguity feels like opportunity, you'll be right at home.
