What You’ll Do

You’ll practice ABA the way it was meant to be practiced — focused, ethical, and deeply personal. As an independent BCBA with Tellos, you will:

• Lead high-quality clinical evaluations
  Conduct FBAs and skill assessments (FBA, VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, etc.) with the time and space to truly understand each child.

• Design meaningful, individualized treatment plans
  Build programs that are measurable, ethical, and tailored — not mass-produced or rushed to meet arbitrary productivity metrics.

• Guide and grow your RBT team
  Train, supervise, and mentor RBTs so they become extensions of your clinical vision and deliver consistent, high-quality therapy.

• Drive outcomes through data and clinical judgment
  Make decisions based on data, not admin pressure. You have full clinical authority over your cases.

• Partner closely with families
  Provide parent training, collaborate regularly, and ensure families feel supported and empowered at every step.

• Shape the future of Tellos care
  Work directly with our leadership and operations teams to refine processes, remove barriers, and elevate the standard of ABA.
