About the job

As a digital-native UI/UX designer joining the Tether marketing design team, you will focus on creating visually compelling and highly usable websites and landing pages, delivering engaging, digital-first experiences that combine strong visual design with interaction, motion, and micro-interactions in alignment with business and marketing goals.

The ideal candidate has proven experience designing web pages and campaign assets within digital ecosystems, works end-to-end from concept to handoff, and collaborates closely with developers to deliver creative yet technically feasible solutions, with a strong grasp of UX principles, responsive design, and digital interaction patterns.

Additionally, experience in print and video/motion design is valued. You will contribute to digital and print assets that support brand storytelling and product communication, ensuring consistency, quality, and alignment with brand standards across all touchpoints.
