Are you passionate about video games and helping players? We’re looking for a Player Support Agent (English) to join our growing global team. In this role, you will provide high-quality support to players while contributing to a smooth and enjoyable gaming experience.
Key Responsibilities
Provide player support via tickets, email, chat, and/or forums
Respond to player inquiries, issues, and feedback in a timely and professional manner
Escalate complex issues to relevant teams when necessary
Assist in drafting player-facing communications and announcements
Monitor player feedback and report recurring issues or trends
Collaborate with internal teams to improve player experience
Maintain accurate records of interactions and solutions
