1.0 OVERVIEW
The Solutions Consultant, Digital role is responsible for designing, shaping, and presenting strategic digital marketing solutions for prospects and clients across APAC. This position acts as a bridge between business development, client needs, and service delivery by creating market-aligned recommendations, proposals, statements of work, RFP responses, and supporting collateral across key digital service lines.
The role is also a key participant in pitch teams, helping craft solution narratives, articulate value propositions, and present recommendations to stakeholders at multiple levels. In addition, the role represents the organization at internal and external events, contributes to competitive positioning and pricing guidance, and partners cross-functionally with regional and global stakeholders to drive commercial growth and strategic consistency.
2.0 DESCRIPTION
• Build tailored digital growth strategies, solution frameworks, and recommendations for organizations across APAC, aligned to client objectives, market realities, and internal service capabilities
• Present strategic recommendations, proposals, and roadmaps to stakeholders at multiple seniority levels, including Manager, Director, VP, SVP, and C-suite audiences, via calls, workshops, and in-person meetings
• Develop and adapt high-quality statements of work, proposals, pitch decks, briefs, RFP responses, and other internal and client-facing collateral from scratch
• Support and lead responses to RFPs, RFIs, and other new business requests by developing strategic recommendations, scope frameworks, service alignment, and commercial inputs
• Serve as an active participant in pitch teams, contributing to solution development, messaging, presentation structure, and live pitch delivery
• Partner with sales, account leads, and subject matter experts to shape differentiated responses for competitive opportunities
• Translate complex digital marketing concepts into clear, commercially relevant recommendations for both technical and non-technical audiences
• Provide strategic input on service packaging, pricing, and market competitiveness across APAC to ensure alignment with regional client expectations and competitor benchmarks
• Represent the TransPerfect Digital brand at conferences, webinars, internal events, and external industry engagements
• Maintain a strong understanding of APAC digital ecosystems, platform behavior, audience trends, and market-specific nuances across key countries and industries
• Apply broad knowledge across major digital service lines, including SEO, AIO, agentic AI solutions, paid media, social media, analytics, and related services
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams across markets, functions, and time zones to ensure solutions are strategically sound, operationally feasible, and commercially aligned
• Complete all other tasks that are deemed appropriate for this role and assigned by the manager/supervisor
3.0 REQUIRED SKILLS
• Strong consultative and strategic problem-solving skills with the ability to translate client goals into practical digital solutions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong presentation and storytelling ability for both technical and non-technical audiences
• Strong ability to develop persuasive proposals, RFP/RFI responses, scopes of work, and pitch materials
• Ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and executive-level clients
• Ability to contribute effectively in pitch environments with multiple stakeholders, shifting priorities, and tight turnaround times
• Strong proposal writing and scope development capability, with attention to commercial, strategic, and operational detail
• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategy across multiple channels and disciplines
• Ability to evaluate market competitiveness, pricing logic, and service positioning within regional contexts
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines across markets and time zones
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to interpret data, identify insights, and apply findings to strategic recommendations
• Proficiency in creating polished client-facing collateral, including presentations, briefs, and strategic recommendation documents
4.0 REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Experience in digital strategy, solutions consulting, pre-sales, agency strategy, or a related client-facing role
• Experience developing proposals, statements of work, strategic recommendations, RFP responses, and client-facing pitch materials
• Experience supporting or leading formal RFP/RFI response processes and participating in competitive pitch opportunities
• Proven experience presenting to senior stakeholders, including director-level and executive audiences
• Strong working knowledge across major digital marketing disciplines, such as SEO, paid media, paid social, organic social, analytics, and emerging AI-driven solutions
• Experience working across APAC markets or with multi-market regional clients
• Familiarity with digital analytics, research, and performance tools such as Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Adobe Analytics, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Looker Studio, and related platforms
• Experience working in cross-functional environments with sales, strategy, and delivery teams
5.0 DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
• Experience representing an organization at conferences, webinars, panels, or industry events
• Experience supporting regional go-to-market strategy, service packaging, or pricing model development
• Familiarity with AI-enabled marketing solutions, automation workflows, AIO, and agentic AI use cases
• Experience leading or supporting complex pitch processes for regional or enterprise clients
• Familiarity with enterprise procurement processes and multi-stakeholder RFP/RFI environments
• Experience across multiple industries such as retail, ecommerce, technology, finance, travel, healthcare, and/or B2B services
• Ability to work effectively in multilingual and multicultural business environments across APAC
• Additional business level language proficiency relevant to APAC markets (ie Mandarin, Japanese)
• Experience within in-house organizations and a global agency, consultancy, or matrixed organization
