Vascular Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Coordinate vascular laser and cosmetic dermatology treatments
• Educate patients on procedures, expectations, and pre/post-care
• Assist providers during vascular laser procedures
• Schedule treatments and follow-ups; manage documentation in EMR
• Obtain consents and ensure compliance with safety protocols
• Serve as a point of contact for patient questions and care coordination

Qualifications

• Prior dermatology or aesthetic medicine experience required
• Knowledge of RFA, varithena, ascleratherapy, sclerotherapy
• Experience with vascular lasers strongly preferred
• Clinical background preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable discussing treatment plans and pricing with patients
• EMR proficiency
