The company works with artists, songwriters, producers, publishers, and rights holders globally, helping them maximize the value of their intellectual property through private, curated transactions.
About the Role
We are seeking a Financial Analyst to support financial analysis, catalog valuation, and transaction preparation across music rights portfolios.
This role will work closely with the advisory team to analyze catalog performance, build financial models, and prepare materials used in strategic transactions involving music intellectual property assets.
The ideal candidate has experience in financial modeling, investment analysis, or corporate finance, and is comfortable working with financial data and complex revenue streams.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Analysis & Modeling
Analyze revenue streams across music catalogs (streaming, publishing, masters, sync, etc.)
Build and maintain financial models to forecast earnings and valuation scenarios
Evaluate performance trends across catalogs and revenue sources
Support valuation analysis and financial projections
Transaction & Advisory Support
Prepare financial materials for catalog transactions
Support investor presentations and transaction summaries
Organize financial data for due diligence processes
Review and assess transaction terms and financial proposals
Data & Financial Reporting
Consolidate financial data across multiple sources and entities
Prepare reports and summaries for internal decision-making
Support development of dashboards and structured analyses
Ensure accuracy and consistency in financial reporting
Documentation & Diligence
Review royalty statements and financial reports
Organize data rooms for ongoing and upcoming transactions
Track historical performance and revenue data
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
2+ years of experience in financial analysis, consulting, investment analysis, or corporate finance
Strong financial modeling and Excel skills
Experience analyzing financial statements and revenue projections
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Nice to Have
Experience in media, entertainment, music, intellectual property, or royalty-based revenue models
Familiarity with catalog valuation or asset-based financial analysis
Experience supporting transaction processes or investment analysis
