The Role
We are looking for a proactive and driven German-Speaking Lead Generation Specialist to support our client’s expansion efforts. In this role, you will be the driving force behind identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, specifically focusing on expanding the company’s presence within the pharmacy sector.
You will act as the first point of contact for potential partners, establishing the foundation for successful long-term relationships and ensuring a seamless transition of qualified leads to the sales team. This is an outward-facing role best suited for someone who thrives on professional relationship-building and enjoys the challenge of a fast-paced, regulated market.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively identify and engage potential pharmacy partners to build a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
Manage initial outreach and pre-sales communication in German, clearly articulating the value proposition of the company’s medical and wellness brands.
Conduct market research to identify trends and develop new partnership opportunities aligned with growth goals within the pharmaceutical landscape.
Establish and track KPIs for lead generation success, analyzing outcomes to optimize outreach strategy.
Maintain and update lead databases to ensure accurate tracking and follow-up for the broader sales and partnership teams.
Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate lead generation activity into the wider marketing and growth strategy.
Ideal Candidate
Native or professional-level fluency in German is essential for communicating with European partners.
2–4 years of experience in lead generation, pre-sales, or business development (Mid-level seniority).
Previous experience or familiarity with the pharmacy industry is highly preferred.
Strong communication skills and confidence working in a highly outward-facing, professional role.
Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate lead quality and market impact.
Entrepreneurial and proactive—able to solve problems creatively and work independently in a remote environment.
Ability to work aligned to CET business hours (Mon–Fri, 9 AM – 6 PM CET).
