In this executive-level position, you will define the commercial strategy, lead national and regional sales efforts, and work closely with senior leadership to drive performance, planning, and market expansion across the region, including new growth in Guyana.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Sales and Marketing department, including Commercial Managers, Regional Sales Managers, and an Analytics Specialist.
Design and implement strategic sales plans and targets aligned with corporate objectives.
Collaborate with the production team to inform demand and production planning.
Drive business development initiatives and identify market expansion opportunities.
Oversee regional and local sales strategies to ensure growth and market share increase.
Develop and manage department budgets, forecasts, and performance reports.
Leverage data analytics for informed decision-making and sales optimization.
Ensure effective team structure, performance reviews, and cross-functional alignment.
