Job Overview
We are seeking a Lead Product Manager to drive the future of our ad tech platform. This is a critical role for an individual with 5–8 years of product management experience and deep expertise in adtech and programmatic advertising. You will lead a team and define the product strategy and roadmap, ensuring we build innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers and the market.
What You’ll Do:
Product Strategy & Innovation
- Define and own the product vision and roadmap for our core ad tech products, aligning it with business goals and market opportunities.
- Act as the subject matter expert on all things programmatic advertising. Stay on top of industry trends, competitor movements, and emerging technologies to inform our product decisions.
Execution Leadership
- From ideation and research to feature definition, development, and post-launch analysis, you will manage the entire product lifecycle.
- Lead and mentor a team of product managers, fostering their growth and helping them excel in their roles.
- Use data and qualitative feedback to measure product performance and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
Collaboration & Communication
- Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and sales to bring products from concept to launch.
- Act as the champion for your products, communicating their value and vision to internal and external stakeholders.
