Job Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Client Partner to join our Advertisers & Agencies commercial team in Thailand. This role is focused on managing and growing relationships with the country's leading media agencies and brand advertisers. You will be a key player in executing our commercial strategy, building a strong sales pipeline, and driving revenue growth across the dynamic Thai media and advertising landscape.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Driving Growth & Strategy

As a core member of the Enterprise Growth Team, you will be instrumental in expanding our footprint and achieving ambitious revenue targets:

  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with leadership on developing and executing sales plans to achieve growth targets within your assigned agency and advertiser accounts.

  • Revenue Generation: Consistently work towards achieving and exceeding quarterly sales targets through new business development, upselling, and contract renewals.

  • Sales Execution & Support: Support the end-to-end sales process by developing proposals and pitches, often in collaboration with senior team members, to secure key accounts.

  • Pipeline Management: Drive daily sales activities, meticulously tracking your opportunities and pipeline progress in our CRM (Salesforce) and providing regular updates.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster strong internal relationships with product, operations, and other teams to ensure a seamless and effective client experience.

  • Market Intelligence: Stay informed about the latest trends in the Thai advertising and media landscape to identify new opportunities and understand the competitive environment.

Client Engagement

You will be responsible for building and nurturing strong client partnerships, ensuring maximum value delivery:

  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key day-to-day contacts and decision-makers within your client accounts.

  • Solution Expertise & Presentation: Develop a strong working knowledge of Nielsen's measurement solutions and deliver clear, effective presentations that show clients how our products meet their business needs.

  • Client Onboarding & Feedback: Work closely with internal operations and service teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients and provide crucial feedback to product teams on potential service improvements.

  • Applying the Right Solutions: Collaborate with senior team members to understand the full product portfolio and help identify the most suitable solutions for your clients' needs.

  • Account Intelligence: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client activity, business needs, and key contacts in our CRM to support the wider account strategy.
