SAP ECC SD Consultant

Nielsen’s Corporate Platforms organization is looking for a Global SAP OTC senior consultant to work on SAP ECC environments and peripheral systems that are involved to create the current and future platform.  In this role you will be a key contributor to translating requirements provided by stakeholders and providing tasks and guidance to the developers and support teams. This role will support business enhancements and strategic initiatives.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead the implementation and configuration of SAP ECC OTC (SD)module.

• Experience in working on Pricing, electronic invoicing (e-invoice), Invoicing, Smart forms, Adobe forms

• Proficient in integrating SAP ECC with external applications, using both direct connectivity and middleware solutions.

• Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they can effectively use the SAP ECC system. Develop user manuals and training materials.

• Manage projects related to SAP ECC rollouts, upgrades, or enhancements. Experience in planning, execution, and monitoring of project timelines and deliverables.

• Customize SAP ECC (SD) solutions to meet specific business requirements. Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards.

• Work with multiple teams across the globe and handle resources from multiple vendors while ensuring smooth and on time delivery of the project deliverables.

• Exposure to Data Migration  and to automated testing tools is a must.

• Exposure to Servicenow and Jira is desirable.

• Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and propose solutions to problems encountered by users in SAP ECC

• Work closely with various stakeholders, including the billing team, finance, and IT departments, to ensure SAP ECC aligns with overall business objectives.

• Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements to the SAP ECC system to enhance performance and user experience.
