DEPARTMENT SUMMARY
To understand the behavior of the population in Thailand about the media landscape, then a single source multi-media survey provides critical insights into the media and buying habits is required. The Consumer Media View (CMV) fuses survey data capturing a single source read of individuals’ claimed product and media consumption and lifestyle/ attitudes with actual media ratings data.
And to understand the behavior of the population in Thailand about the radio station listening for Greater Bangkok area, then a single source survey provides listening insights is required. RAM (Radio Audience Measurement) survey data capturing a radio listening of individuals’ claimed radio listening consumption with actual media ratings data.
POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Senior Team Lead to oversee the daily operations of our Data Operations team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and timely delivery of our flagship media research services: Consumer Media View (CMV) and Radio Audience Measurement (RAM).
The ideal candidate is a rapid learner with a strong aptitude for data logic and process management. You will serve as the operational backbone of the department, leading a team of analysts while actively contributing to technical problem-solving. We are looking for a leader who can master our proprietary methodologies quickly and drive operational excellence through technical innovation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Team Leadership & Operational Management
Supervision & Mentoring: Lead, coach, and manage the daily activities of the Data Operations team. Foster a high-performance culture focused on accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Workflow Optimization: Manage resource allocation and project timelines to ensure all service delivery deadlines are met without compromising quality.
Quality Assurance: Establish and enforce rigorous quality control (QC) procedures for data processing. Act as the final escalation point for data discrepancies before client delivery.
2. Service Delivery (CMV & RAM)
Service Ownership: Oversee the end-to-end data lifecycle for CMV and RAM services, from data ingestion and cleaning to final reporting.
Methodology Compliance: Rapidly acquire a deep understanding of audience measurement methodologies (sampling, weighting, and projection) to ensure all operations adhere to global standards.
Incident Resolution: Proactively identify operational risks and resolve technical issues during the production cycle to minimize service disruption.
3. Data Analysis & Technical Innovation
Advanced Data Operations: Utilize technical skills to automate manual processes and enhance team efficiency.
Technical Stack Application: Leverage proficiency in SQL and Python (strongly preferred) to query complex databases, validate large datasets, and develop automated scripts for routine tasks.
Strategic Analysis: Conduct ad-hoc data analysis to support internal stakeholders and provide insights into operational performance metrics.
