Marketing Operations Delivery Specialist
Job Overview
The Marketing Ops Delivery Specialist will be responsible for the flawless execution of campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring seamless delivery in a timely manner. Proficiency in optimization tools is crucial to maximize return on investment. Taking charge of the digital product, this role involves setting up and executing campaigns, managing day-to-day operational tasks, and maintaining customer-facing websites for accuracy, relevance, and engagement by working across multiple back-end systems.
This is a highly technical and demanding role that requires discipline, logical thinking, strong attention to detail, and the ability to thrive under workload pressure. Main Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Ops Delivery Team Leads/Manager, the Marketing Ops Delivery Specialist will be responsible for:
Campaign & Promotion Management
- Plan, set up, and execute campaigns, promotions, and bonuses across multiple channels with accuracy and timeliness.
- Monitor campaign deliveries against KPIs and provide reporting, analysis, and feedback to stakeholders.
- Ensure bonuses are configured correctly to minimize abuse or impact and maintain promotional efficiency.
Content & Website Management
- Manage, build and update landing pages, banners, promotional pages, underbanners, Terms & Conditions, and other campaign elements.
- Translate Commercial/Marketing initiatives into accurate campaign content for websites and App.
- Ensure customer-facing sites remain current, relevant, and error-free.
Operational Excellence
- Handle and ensure timely completion of daily operational deliverables across product and teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to create effective customer journeys and alignment for delivery.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency by integrating new procedures and technology.
Collaboration & Issue Resolution
- Act as liaison with cross-functional teams to resolve issues with campaigns, bonuses, and promotions.
- Provide objective reviews and risk assessments on campaigns, highlighting potential failures or improvements.
- Become a subject matter expert on operational tools such as COGS, CMS Umbraco, Thunderbite amongst others.
