We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Product Owner to join our Digital Services team, supporting the Product Manager - People & Culture.
You’ll take ownership of a diverse HR systems portfolio, including Workday, SmartRecruiters, and Health & Safety platforms. You’ll ensure strong BAU support, ongoing enhancements, and delivery of small project initiatives during a key period of change.
You’ll play a key role in shaping and evolving our product suite, working closely with stakeholders to review applications, prioritise enhancements, and contribute to a clear and impactful product roadmap.
As a Product Owner, you will:
- Lead day-to-day delivery across a complex HR technology portfolio
- Act as the key link between stakeholders and delivery teams
- Align technology solutions with business needs through strong relationships
- Drive continuous improvement and contribute to the product roadmap
- Support new system implementation and onboarding activities

This is a full-time (37.5 hours/week) permanent position, with a salary range of $118,501 - $136,700, negotiable depending on skills and experience.

The successful candidate will bring strong experience as a Product Owner, along with a motivated and methodical approach to managing their workload. You’ll be comfortable working in an Agile environment, ideally with SaaS experience. HR domain knowledge is highly advantageous.
You’ll excel in building relationships and managing stakeholders, working collaboratively with a solutions-focused mindset. Confident in engaging with staff, you’ll be skilled at consulting to understand future business needs and turning these into practical, effective outcomes.
