Our Organisational Development team is evolving, and we are making an investment in a cohesive, future‑focused Organisational Development capability agenda to support organisational performance, workforce sustainability, and long‑term impact.
As part of this exciting change, we are seeking three Organisational Development Managers to work as a connected OD cohort. Each role holds clear ownership of a distinct portfolio, with accountability for shaping direction, building maturity, and delivering impact in their specialist domain, while collectively contributing to an integrated, organisational capability agenda.
These roles are suited to experienced OD practitioners who are comfortable owning their space end‑to‑end. From diagnosing needs and setting strategy, through to delivery, and embedment. Success in these roles requires confidence operating in complex environments during times of change, and the ability to influence senior leaders while maintaining practical, delivery‑focused discipline.

OD Manager – Future Workforce & Innovation
Own the design and delivery of a future‑focused workforce capability approach.
You will:
- Ensure workforce capability priorities are clearly identified, aligned to organisational strategy, and translated into actionable capability forecasting.
- Design and delivery of targeted workforce capability initiatives that address current and future organisational needs
- Own the University’s approach to understanding and responding to workforce capability needs over time
- Relevant degree and 10+ years’ senior experience in OD, learning, or capability roles

OD Manager – Future Career
Define and deliver a cohesive approach to career development, designing pathways, tools, and experiences that connect capability, performance, and opportunity at an organisational level.
You will:
- Strategy and career architecture integration with organisational priorities, workforce needs, and employee experience.
- Diagnosis, design and delivery of career development initiatives aligned with workforce capability priorities and appropriate learning experiences.
- Strengthen the University’s approach to understanding and improving the career experience of professional staff through data driven insights and continuous improvement
- Relevant degree and 10+ years’ senior experience in OD, learning, or capability roles

OD Manager – Learning Experience
Ensure high‑quality, consistent, and scalable learning experiences aligned to organisational capability priorities.
You will:
- Lead the design and delivery of an engaging, end‑to‑end learning experience that supports capability development across the employee lifecycle
- Ensure high‑quality, scalable learning across digital, blended, and face‑to‑face environments
- Develop and embed a future‑focused learning experience strategy aligned to organisational priorities
- Relevant degree and 10+ years’ senior experience in OD, learning, or capability roles
