Our Organisational Development team is evolving, and we are making an investment in a cohesive, future-focused Organisational Development capability agenda to support organisational performance, workforce sustainability, and long-term impact.
In support of this direction, the OD Advisor plays a key role in progressing organisational development initiatives through structured delivery and coordination. Working closely with OD Managers and Consultants, this role supports the implementation of capability initiatives, helping ensure work is delivered effectively and embedded over time. The position also offers a clear opportunity to build capability and experience across OD practice areas, supporting ongoing career development within the team.

This is a well-rounded role that combines advisory work with hands-on delivery across organisational development programmes and initiatives.
In this role, you will:
- Translate OD strategy into practical, effective delivery
- Support, coordinate and manage projects and initiatives from planning through to completion
- Facilitate learning sessions, workshops, and group discussions
- Use data and insights to inform decision-making and design
- Develop tools, resources, and materials that enhance the employee experience
- Work with stakeholders to support the coordination, embedment and sustainability of initiatives
You will work closely with OD Managers and the wider team to ensure that initiatives are delivered effectively and achieve meaningful impact.

Please note this is a full-time (37.5 hours/week) position, with a salary range of $73,400 - $99,400 depending on skills and experience.

As an organisational development practitioner, you’ll have proven experience supporting delivery and contributing to effective people initiatives. You will bring strong organisational capability, developing advisory judgement, and a practical approach to progressing work. You’ll be comfortable working in a complex , highly federated environment, building effective relationships, and contributing to outcomes through well-structured delivery and insight.

- Experience supporting the delivery of organisational development or learning initiatives
- Strong coordination and organisational skills, managing multiple tasks and timelines
- Confidence using data or information to inform decisions and delivery
- Strong relationship-building skills and collaborative working style
- Relevant degree and 3+ years’ experience in learning, OD, HR, or training design and delivery
