We are seeking an experienced and collaborative Programme Adviser to play a key role in enhancing the student academic experience. This role provides specialist advice and support across the student lifecycle, helping students navigate programme requirements, academic regulations, and pathways to success.

Working closely with academic leaders, student-facing teams, and service providers, you will use your extensive programme knowledge and analytical capability to support students, identify opportunities for intervention, and contribute to continuous service improvement. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on student outcomes while working in a dynamic and highly collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Deliver high-quality academic programme advice and support.
  • Manage complex student enquiries and non-standard requests.
  • Guide students through programme requirements and progression milestones.
  • Identify and support students who may benefit from additional intervention.
  • Collaborate with academic leaders and service teams to improve student outcomes.
  • Analyse programme data and contribute to informed decision-making.
  • Drive continuous improvement across student-facing services.

This is a fulltime (37.5 hours per week), fixed term (3 years) opportunity.

The salary range for this role is $73,400 - $90,700 pa, depending on experience and qualifications.

  • Tertiary qualification or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Significant experience working within a faculty or tertiary education environment.
  • Strong understanding of academic regulations, programme requirements, and student support processes.
  • Demonstrated experience analysing data and using insights to support decision-making.
  • Proven ability to influence, collaborate, and build effective relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
